Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any initial shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

10. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
